As per the latest reports, INX Media head Indrani Mukerjea had a brain MRI examination along with other checks after she got admitted to the Sir J.J. Hospital in Mumbai because of an alleged drug overdose on Friday night.
“We are carrying out several tests and she has just undergone a brain MRI. We are awaiting the reports. These will help us ascertain whether she had a drug overdose or it is some other issue,” hospital Dean S.D. Nanandkar stated in his report.
As per the hospital sources, Indrani’s health state turned stable late during the night after which she got shifted to Critical Care Unit from emergency area too.
Indrani, who was in jail August 2015 as one of the main charges in the April 2012 vanishing and following slaughter of her 24-year old daughter Sheena Bora, is still under complete observation as her physical condition remains the same, with a few variations in the level of blood pressure and augmented heart rate.
As per the reports, Indrani was in a semi-conscious and hectic condition.
But, hospital Dean stated Indrani was currently acting in response to the treatment, all her imperative parameters were normal and her physical condition remained “stable”.
Previous, during the year 2015, Indrani had been admitted to the same hospital for a related medical crisis that arose of a supposed drug overdosage and remained under treatment for about a week.
